Ingredients
  

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Opt for high-quality chocolate like Ghirardelli or Nestlé.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk Adds moisture and sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup butter For smooth texture.

Peppermint Flavoring

  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies For minty flavor and crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract Use sparingly; it’s potent.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract until well combined.
  • Remove from heat and fold in the crushed peppermint candies gently.
  • Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  • Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Use parchment paper between layers if stacking.
