Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and make sure they’re within reach.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded chicken, crunchy peanuts, chopped green onions, and cilantro. Mix until well blended.

Making the Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
