Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets Wild-caught preferred for better taste
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce For marinating the salmon

For the Rice Bowls

  • 2 cups Cooked rice Use white, brown, or jasmine rice
  • 1 piece Avocado Sliced
  • 1 piece Cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots Julienned
  • 1/2 cup Spicy mayo Mix mayo with sriracha to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions Chopped for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Toasted, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the salmon fillets with soy sauce and marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  • Slice the avocado and cucumber, and julienne the carrots.

Assembly

  • Once the salmon is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • In serving bowls, place a generous scoop of cooked rice at the bottom.
  • Layer on the sliced salmon, avocado, cucumber, and carrots.
  • Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavors. Adjust spiciness in your mayo according to taste. You can also add cilantro or lime juice for a zesty twist.
