  • Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl, ensuring every piece is coated.

Cooking the Potatoes

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer and air fry for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Cooking the Beef Mixture

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until the meat is browned and the onion is softened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Season the beef with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce. Mix well and let simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
