Cooking the Beef and Veggies

  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, stirring frequently.
  • Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  • Serve the beef mixture over the cooked rice.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
