Ingredients
  

For the Lamb and Lobster

  • 8 pieces lamb chops Rich and packed with flavor.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Helps in searing and enhances flavor.

  • 2 pieces lobster tails Tender and sweet.

For the Loaded Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed Star ingredient for loaded mashed potatoes.
  • 1/2 cup milk For creamy texture.
  • 4 tbsp butter For creaminess.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds comfort food flavor.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Extra creaminess.

Instructions
 

Preparation of Potatoes

  • Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the peeled and cubed potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mash the potatoes with 4 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of milk, and sour cream. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the cheese, turkey bacon bits, and chopped green onions.

Cooking the Lamb

  • Season lamb chops generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the lamb chops until browned, about 3–4 minutes per side. Add minced garlic towards the end and cook until fragrant.

Preparing the Lobster

  • Cut the lobster tails open with kitchen scissors. Place on a baking tray.
  • Mix melted butter, remaining garlic, paprika, black pepper, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and brush over the lobster tails.
  • Broil for about 8–10 minutes until tender and lightly golden.

Assembling the Dish

  • Spoon a generous amount of loaded mashed potatoes onto a plate and layer the succulent lamb chops and lobster tails on top.

Notes

Let lamb chops rest for a few minutes after cooking for maximum tenderness. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
