  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Choose plain, unsweetened for low sugar.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Vanilla or unflavored works best.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Use honey for a traditional flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Essential for depth of flavor.
  • 4 strawberries fresh strawberries for topping Can substitute with blueberries or raspberries.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather your jars, preferably mason jars, and set them aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  • Press this mixture into the bottom of the jars evenly.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the jars, being generous but leaving some space at the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Top with sliced fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Allow jars to chill overnight for improved flavor meld. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for later enjoyment.
