Preparation

  • Chop up your fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s silky smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
  • Add the chopped fruits and gently mix everything until coated in the cheesecake mixture.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure your cream cheese is softened properly. Serve it cold for the best taste. This salad is best consumed fresh but can store in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
