Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken thoroughly in this mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Potatoes

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In another bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Bake to Perfection

  • Spread potato wedges on a baking tray and place the marinated chicken alongside them. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through.

Prepare the Fresh Salad

  • In a large bowl, toss chopped lettuce, sliced cucumber, chopped tomato, and shredded carrot with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
