Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by cutting your chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken.
  • Cook the chicken without moving it for about 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 4–5 more minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter, garlic, soy sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Toss to glaze the chicken.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add green beans, broccoli, and onion. Sauté until tender-crisp, about 5-6 minutes.

Assembly

  • Serve rice on a plate, top with the colorful veggies, and add the garlic butter chicken bites.
  • Garnish with dried parsley.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the pan to ensure chicken sears well. Use fresh garlic for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container; reheat with a splash of water to maintain juiciness.
