  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk Binds everything together, creating a smooth, luscious texture.

Preparation

  • Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • In a different bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet layer, smoothing it out to cover evenly.
  • Before it sets, generously sprinkle the colorful sprinkles on top.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  • After the fudge has set, remove it from the baking dish and cut it into squares.

Notes

Let it cool completely for cleaner cuts, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. You can also freeze individual squares for later enjoyment.
