Ingredients

For the Biscuit Bites

  • 2 cups biscuit mix Using a good-quality biscuit mix allows for a flaky and fluffy bite.
  • 1/2 cup milk Whole milk is recommended for extra richness, but can be substituted with almond or oat milk.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Base for the cinnamon-sugar coating.
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon Provides the warm, spicy flavor.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Butter helps the sugar and cinnamon stick.

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar For the glaze, adding extra sweetness.
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk Used to make the glaze smooth and creamy.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of golf balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.

Coating

  • Once the biscuits are out of the oven, brush them with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Glazing

  • In another bowl, combine the powdered sugar with milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuit bites.

Notes

Make sure your butter is not too hot before adding to avoid melting the sugar. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
