  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Pistachio Layer

  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped to stiff peaks.
  • 1/2 cup pistachio paste or pistachio butter Fresh pistachio butter is recommended for vibrant flavor.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Garnish

  • Chopped pistachios For topping.
  • Chocolate shavings For an elegant touch.
  • Whipped cream Optional, for serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation of Crunchy Layer

  • Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Mix until combined.
  • Press this mixture firmly into a 9x9-inch pan and set aside.

Preparation of Chocolate Layer

  • In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it’s just simmering.
  • Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips and let it sit for 1-2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  • Mix in the sugar and vanilla until fully combined. Let it cool slightly and gently spread over the crunchy base.

Preparation of Pistachio Layer

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix the pistachio paste, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture until incorporated.
  • Spread the pistachio mixture over the chocolate layer.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios, chocolate shavings, and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

For best results, whip the cream to stiff peaks before folding into other mixtures. Chill layers well to maintain distinct flavors.
